With decades of experience as both skippers and instructors, our team will ensure you develop the skills and knowledge to master all aspects of Motor Boat operation.
Time on the water is critical to becoming a great skipper. We aim to maximise your ‘hands on’ training, ensuring you experience as many activities as possible to build knowledge and skill.




Shane Cole – Yachtmaster Instructor
With over 20 years as an instructor, Shane eagerly shares his extensive knowledge and experience with his clients. He is passionate about boating and enjoys the water on anything from a paddle boards to yachts.
Shane’s creates an engaging learning environment where clients can develop their skills and confidence on the water.

Debbie Cole – Centre Co-ordinator
With a keen interest for boating and 17 years of experience running RYA centres, Debbie advises on all our RYA accredited courses. She instructs both on the water and on the classroom including VHF and First Aid Courses
Debbie will be your first point of contact, ready to assist with any questions you may have.

Steve Flood – Principle and Chief Instructor
Steve opened the centre in 2012 with the aim of using his 30 plus years of experience to create a nurturing environment for aspiring sailors.
His extensive background in teaching and examining for the Royal Yachting Association make him the perfect instructor to train new skippers and develop our clients skill. His passion not only fosters skill development but also instills a love for the water in every student.
